Rakursi Art Gallery presents the exhibition “Passion” – photography of Alexander Nishkov.
The exhibition is after the Peter Gabriel`s album of the same name. Modern interpreted biblical stories are unfolded in nine works – photographs on canvas, watercolor paper and two instalations with titles: “The feeling begins”, “Genesis,” “Resurrection of Lazarus,” “Doubtful,” “Before Night Falls” “The Sand Storm”, “Stigmata” and “Passion.” They are designed as digital collages and build the main part of the exhibition. The second part of the exhibition comprises nine photographs of colleagues and students of Alexander Nishkov with the common theme “Music and Wine”.
