Rakursi Art Gallery presents the painting exhibition “Differences” of Greddy Assa from 14 December 2007 to 5 January 2008. The exhibition includes 23 abstract paintings and the artist said about them: “At first sight the paintings create a notion of spontaneous carrying of emotion on the canvas. Actually after my works are repeatedly buried drawings, which stay in my subconsciousness before the beginning of the ritual. In my art I have always wanted to express the conviction that the materiality of the colour is not obstruct of the artist to pursuit elusive conditions of the thought. With the marks of the rumination can be built an aesthetic made by differences.”
