Rakursi Gallery is pleased to present an exhibition by Greddy Assa – one of the most famous contemporary Bulgarian artists, well known but always different, constantly changing and seeking to understand himself and others. Greddy Assa possesses sensitivity to the world that allows him to convey the finest emotions and thoughts. In this exhibition he translates into painting the answers of his quests about the meaning, the beauty, the time, and he explains in this way:

“Time does not make sense, it makes sense only what you do.
ACCUMULATION of experiences, thoughts, feelings.
LAYERING pieces of experience and disappointment from what has been achieved.
STRATIFICATION of moments, hours, years. / STRATIFICATION of beauty, ugliness, friendship, betrayal.
SATURATION: The melancholy – a cover fabric of landscapes, dust, sadness. The painting – a slit of light. “
