Rakursi Art Gallery presents the exhibition of the young Bulgarian artist Nenko Balkanski “Private Interior”. The title of the exhibitions comes from the view of the artist for the interior as an expression of one’s spirit. The interior as a reflexion of the thoughts, feelings and emotions. He is inspired by objects that surround him in everyday life.

The artist is born in Sofia in 1977. He has graduated from the High School of Fine Arts in 1996. In 2002 he has graduated from The National Academy of Arts, Sofia with a Master degree in Mural painting. This is his third solo exhibition. He works in the field of painting and took part in the painting of frescoes in several Orthodox churches in Bulgaria.
