Yavor Boyanov

Yavor Boyanov

Yavor Boyanov was born in 1985 in Sliven, Bulgaria.
He graduated in Advertising Graphics from the National High School of Arts “Dimitar Dobrovich” in his hometown and later completed a degree in Poster Art at the Faculty of Fine Arts at Veliko Tarnovo University.
He holds a Master’s degree in Film and Television Arts from New Bulgarian University.

He draws inspiration from the world of the unexplained, following his intuition throughout the creative process and embracing experimentation. Through his art, he constructs a personal mythological system that he continuously develops and expands over time. He combines imagery derived from his subconscious with influences from cinema, literature, comics, animation, and various esoteric disciplines. His work explores the duality of the universe and the fluid nature of reality.
In 2016, he was represented by Rakursi Gallery at the international contemporary art fair Art-Athina.
One of his works is part of Luciano Benetton’s Imago Mundi collection.
