Elena Kaludova
Born in Burgas.
Graduated from the Bulgarian National Academy of Arts in Sofia in 2010, specializing in painting. 2015 – graduated from the Weißensee Kunsthochschule, Berlin. Currently she lives and works in Berlin, Germany. Her work often combines the art of oil painting with other media, such as video, installation and performance. She has worked as a set painter for the Sferistereo Opera season in Macerata, Italy, and has participated in group shows in Bulgaria, Germany, Russia, Italy and Austria. Since 2013 she is part of Quarantäne Art Group. 2017 she was invited to be a one year member of the “Freundeskreises der Staatlichen Kunsthalle Baden – Baden”.

I choose the freedom to use and mix different means of expression because it gives me the opportunity to be more precise in sharing the issues that concern me.
